Every year, out of 100 questions in UPSC Prelims, nearly 25 questions are directly from current affairs, and around 15–20 questions are based on static concepts related to current affairs topics. This shows that simply reading current affairs is not enough; aspirants must also understand how to effectively link them with the static syllabus.
Similarly, in the Mains examination, out of 1000 marks across GS I, GS II, GS III, and GS IV, nearly 600 marks are directly or indirectly related to current affairs and their static linkages. This makes analytical understanding and application of current affairs crucial for scoring well.
This program is designed to bridge this critical gap by helping aspirants clearly identify, understand, and effectively connect current affairs with the static syllabus, thereby strengthening both Prelims and Mains preparation in a structured and exam-oriented manner.
